Aren't we all a work in progress?

Aren't we all a work in progress?

When I made the decision to go all in on this brand, I didn’t have it all figured out. I didn’t know what I was doing,  I just held onto the confidence that I would find my way through it.

What I didn’t expect was how much I would be learning in real time.

Building The Overthinkers Club has been messier than I imagined. There are so many moving parts behind the scenes,  from production and timelines to finances and planning and a lot of it, I’m still figuring out as I go. Some days, it feels exciting and aligned. Other days, it feels overwhelming in a way that’s hard to put into words.

There’s also this quiet pressure that comes with it. The expectation to have everything mapped out, to make the right decisions, to grow in a way that looks steady and certain from the outside.

But the reality is, I’m still learning.

I’m learning how to trust myself. I’m learning how to navigate uncertainty. And most importantly, I’m learning that building something meaningful doesn’t come from having everything figured out, it comes from continuing anyway.

That’s where the name Work in Progress came from.

This piece was created from being in the middle of it all, the uncertainty, the growth, the small wins, and the moments where things still feel unclear. It’s a reminder that you’re allowed to be evolving, and that you don’t need to have all the answers to be worthy of where you are.

So much of what we see is the finished version, the polished outcome, the “after.” But this piece is about the in-between. The part where you’re still becoming.

Because the truth is, most of us are building our lives, our careers, and ourselves at the same time. And that process isn’t linear or perfect.

If you’re in a season where things feel unfinished or uncertain, you’re not behind. You’re not doing it wrong.

You’re just in progress. Aren't we all a work in progress?

And if all you can do right now is take one small step forward... Keep going.
