Who designs your products?

Every item is designed by me (hi, I’m Marissa!) with intention, love, and a lot of coffee-fueled overthinking. Everything is drawn from my own experiences with anxiety, identity, and self-compassion.

Where are your items made?

We produce in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality. While we don’t publicly share our manufacturing partners or locations, we promise we're working with trusted suppliers and always looking for ways to improve our practices.

What we can tell you:

✅ We’re always aiming to uplevel — without overproducing

What makes your items sustainable?

Our focus is on small batch production, which helps reduce waste and overstock. We also use non-hazardous, water-based inks in our products. We’re learning and growing with every drop.

How are items shipped?

Most of your orders are packed and shipped by me from Toronto. But sometimes, when I run out of stock (a good problem to have!), I ship directly from my supplier to make sure you don’t wait too long.

This means you might receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured — they’re all part of the same cozy crew.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

To keep wait times down, I sometimes ship part of your order directly from my supplier if I’m low on inventory. It helps you get your items faster — even if they show up a day or two apart.

Do I have to pay duties if I’m ordering from the U.S.?

If you're in the U.S., you may be charged import duties or customs fees. Unfortunately, I can’t control or cover these fees — they’re set by your country’s customs regulations. I know it’s annoying (trust me!), but it's something to keep in mind when placing your order.

Can I trust the quality?

Yes! In fact, our community often tells us that the quality is one of their favorite things about The Overthinkers Club. We test everything ourselves and keep quality at the center of every design and drop.
