We produce in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality. While we don’t publicly share our manufacturing partners or locations, we promise we're working with trusted suppliers and always looking for ways to improve our practices.

What we can tell you:

Our focus is on small batch production, which helps reduce waste and overstock. We also use non-hazardous, water-based inks in our products. We’re learning and growing with every drop.

Most of your orders are packed and shipped by me from Toronto. But sometimes, when I run out of stock (a good problem to have!), I ship directly from my supplier to make sure you don’t wait too long.

This means you might receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured — they’re all part of the same cozy crew.
