What wellness means to me

For me, wellness is about feeling connected — to my body, to my mind, and to something bigger than myself. It hasn’t always been easy. My journey to wellness really began with getting sober. That decision was the foundation for everything that followed—learning to be with myself, without numbing, and figuring out what actually makes me feel good.

Lately, that’s meant walking away from things that no longer serve me and choosing things that do—like becoming an indoor cycling coach. I’m deep in that journey now, and it’s been such a powerful reminder of how movement can be healing. It’s helped me reclaim my body, my energy, and my voice. I feel my strongest, most grounded self when I’m moving, breathing, and showing up for the process—especially when it’s hard.

That same energy led me to create The Overthinkers Club—a brand born from navigating anxiety, burnout, and the loudness of my own mind. It started as an outlet and turned into a space to build community, creativity, and self-compassion.

Wellness, for me, isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about coming back to myself—through movement, through stillness, through honest conversations, and gentle reminders that I’m allowed to take up space, exactly as I am.

And now, I want to offer others that same space—to get curious about what wellness means to them, and to explore it in ways that feel honest, accessible, and true.
