Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing & Fulfillment Time
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability.
Some items are ready to ship, while others may need to be made or reordered in small batches before shipping. We do this intentionally to reduce overproduction and waste — thank you for supporting a more mindful approach to manufacturing.
If your item is already in stock, it will typically ship sooner. If we’re topping up inventory, it may take a little longer — but we promise it’s on the way.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items have different fulfillment timelines than in-stock items.
Specific pre-order details, including estimated ship dates, are always listed on the individual product page. Please be sure to review this information before placing your order.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated. We do not provide refunds for pre-order items if you change your mind before they ship.
International Shipping & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
We don’t have control over these fees and can’t predict what they may be.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Overthinkers Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to support where we can.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
