This item is available as a limited pre-order.

Pre-order window: February 6 – March 1st. 

Production begins: Early March

Estimated shipping: Mid April. Please note this is an approximate date.

Orders will begin shipping as soon as inventory is received.

Please note: pre-orders should not be placed with specific delivery dates in mind (such as gifts, birthdays, or events). Production, shipping, and weather-related delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Most of your orders are packed and shipped by me from Toronto. But sometimes, when I run out of stock (a good problem to have!), I ship directly from my supplier to make sure you don’t wait too long.

This means you might receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured they’re all part of the same cozy crew.

Shipping can take from 2-14 business days approximately.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

To keep wait times down, I sometimes ship part of your order directly from my supplier if I’m low on inventory. It helps you get your items faster.

Do I have to pay duties if I’m ordering from the U.S.?

If you're in the U.S., you may be charged import duties or customs fees. Unfortunately, I can’t control or cover these fees, they’re set by your country’s customs regulations. I know it’s annoying (trust me!), but it's something to keep in mind when placing your order.

🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s off, we’ve got you.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or size exchange.

✅ What You Can Return or Exchange

• Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, we’ll make it right — no cost to you.
• Size not quite right? We offer exchanges for a different size on full-priced items. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, but we’ll cover the cost to ship the replacement back to you.

🚫 What We Can’t Accept

• Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags/original packaging
• Sale or discounted items
• Returns outside the 14-day window

🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@overthinkersclub.ca with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, please reach out.
